We at MCM precision are pleased to have you visit our web site.  We utilize some of the finest equipment the industry has to offer. Our wax dept. contains mueller phipps wax injectors.  The shell room uses shellomatic and home built slurry tanks and sand applicators. Mold drying is done in a lanely mold dryer, which allows us to dip every hour.   We use a pacific kiln flashfire de-waxing oven.  Mold preheating is done in a pacific kiln oven and a home built model.  Aluminum melting is done in a 600lb shaffer furnace.  Steel melting is controlled by a pillar mk7.  cut-off is a tri-plex gator saw.  Most grinding is handled by a aw-bell automatic grinder.  Blasting is done in a vulcan shot-blast cabinet.  If you have a question concerning any of these items or want info from someone who uses them please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
