We provide our customers with many services including:

Casting design, alloy selection, heat treatment, coatings, machining, and some fabrication.  

We also can provide measurement inspection, x-ray, magnetic particle, zyglo, tensile testing, hardness testing, and certified metal chemistry when required.

In addition we work closely with a local tooling builder.  This speeds up our delivery of new tooling or changes to existing tooling.  We draw on his many years of engineering and tooling construction to build a high quality tool that is cost effective.

We also offer rapid prototyping services.  We can use most formats for this service.  In most cases we can have a sample casting in just a few days.  We utilize a Lanley mold drying system which allows us to build a shell in one day, and pour in a few hours after drying.
